High-precision scalpel blade steel strip in medical-grade AISI 420J2, SUS301, or SUS304—engineered for superior sharpness, durabilidad, and consistency in surgical blade manufacturing.

Available Grades

AISI 420J2 (DE 1.4028): High-carbon martensitic stainless steel; achieves HRC 52–56 after heat treatment—most widely used for surgical blades

SUS 301 / AISI 301: Austenitic grade with excellent work-hardening properties, suitable for specialized flexible blade designs

SUS 304 / AISI 304: General-purpose medical stainless steel with superior corrosion resistance for non-cutting precision components
