Converter steelmaking → continuous casting → hot rolling → normalizing → pickling → cold rolling → continuous annealing → coating → rewinding → packaging

Rolling below the recrystallization temperature makes the steel plate reach the target thickness through continuous cold deformation. Good shape and thickness tolerances can be obtained by controlling the tension.
Continuous annealing eliminates strain from cold rolling by recrystallization and promotes grain growth. Decarbonization to ensure that magnetism, hardness and magnetic aging meet requirements.

⑤ Good punching and shearing performance. Accurate size, good plate shape, smooth surface, excellent coating, and appropriate hardness ensure that silicon steel is easy to shear and punch, with little damage to the mold, and suitable for high-speed punching and shearing.
