3. Production and Heat Treatment Process
50CrV4 strips are produced through a multi-stage precision rolling and thermal treatment process:
- Hot Rolled Coils — sourced from ISO-certified steel mills.
- Acid Pickling — removal of oxidation and surface impurities.
- Cold Rolling — reduces thickness and enhances dimensional accuracy.
- Annealing (optional) — improves ductility for cold forming.

- Hardening: Heated above the austenitizing temperature (approx. 850°C–880°C) and quenched.
